Christmas Eve with the VW's (and the Christopherson's).
Activities were done...
Nain and Gwen orchestrated the Nativity and organized all the cousins into each role. Ruby and Thomas were the not so compliant shepherds, while Mary (Astrid) and Joseph (Smee) played their parts well. And sweet little Hank was perfectly asleep while he played baby Jesus. Christmas songs were sung while Mike strummed the guitar...
...along with some dancing.
Then things settled down with a read of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas...
...and in true VW style, a movie (Puss in Boots).
Gifts were opened...

Ruby pleased with her gift from Gwen. We love Charlie Brown around these parts.
Gwen opening her Gift from Hank. Nice job, Hank...I think she liked it.
Thomas with his Gift from Ruby. She was pleased to give it to him...she even wrapped it herself.
Hank got some quality Nana time.
We love our VW family!
